SHIPPING & RETURNS
Because each art piece is custom made, please allow 3-4 weeks for drying, fulfillment and delivery, unless otherwise specified on the product page. Due to the custom nature of Jen's pieces, all artwork sales are final.
Damages to the prints or artwork while in transit are rare, but occasionally do happen. Should your piece arrive with a defect or damage we will do our very best to have a replacement shipped out to you as soon as possible.
We work hard to package each order with care in sturdy flat mailers and tubes so that it arrives safely. We ask that you return the print or artwork to our studio, either in the original packaging or in sturdy packaging purchased at your local post office.
We will then review and evaluate the condition of the piece. Please note, the claims process for damaged artwork or prints, takes 2-3 weeks to finalize and issue a replacement. We will work hard to have a replacement issued and shipped as soon as possible.
We do not replace for free any prints damaged after delivery.
Not Delivered / Lost / Stolen: If your package is marked “Delivered” and yet is nowhere to be found on your doorstep, please check your order email to ensure that you input the correct shipping address.
We are unable to replace any print order for free if the shipping address is incorrect.
If the package has been returned to the studio, we are happy to forward it to your correct address, however we ask that you pay for postage.
If the address is correct and you believe your package is lost or stolen, you must contact the shipping service personally. Unfortunately, there isn’t anything we can do on our end. We are not able to reprint any order for free that has been not delivered, lost, or stolen.
Because we like to maintain the highest quality products to ship out to customers we cannot accept returns or refunds of prints. All artwork is final sale. Once an order has been submitted, it cannot be changed or modified in any way. All prints are carefully inspected prior to shipment.
Please take the time to read descriptions carefully and check the colors on multiple screens if you are concerned about color variations. I try my very best to represent the colors and tones in my work as clearly as possible .
We are happy to exchange prints smaller then 16x20" for another of the same or lesser value that will work better in your space! If you would like to make an exchange please email Jen at jentolmanpaintings (@) gmail.com. Because canvas prints are custom made to order prints that are 16x20" and higher are non exchangeable and non refundable. Please note that exchanges are only possible if done within 7 days of receiving your order. If an exchange for another print of lesser value is made, there will be no refunds for the additional cost. Prints must be in their original plastic sleeves and in the same condition they arrived in. You are responsible for the shipping costs to ship it back to the studio. Prints must arrive in their original packaging or in non bending sturdy packaging purchased at your local post office.
PAINTINGS & SCULPTURES
All artwork is final sale. Once an order has been submitted, it cannot be changed or modified in any way. We cannot accept returns on any artwork purchases. All artwork is carefully inspected prior to shipment, but damages do happen, and we ask that you inspect your pieces upon receipt. Please note any damages at the time of delivery.
